STEP 1: Consultation & Design Brief
Congratulations, you’re one step closer to having the garden of your dreams!
Our consultations usually work best in the space being designed, we prefer all parties to be present and depending on the size can take between forty-five minutes to two hours. Its crucial at this stage to provide us with as much input and information as possible, this helps steer us in the right direction and one step closer to designing your perfectly unique space. Discussing your likes and dislikes with our in-house designer, this is a good time to explore your practical needs and how you imagine your garden to be. The site will be fully inspected, surveyed and a concept sketch will be drawn.
STEP TWO: This is the exciting stage, where we discover your gardens potential.
Following on from the design consultation, we will provide you a tailored package comprising of a design brief, full site survey, mood/concept board, outline plan and build cost estimate. The outline plan will show you the layout of proposed design and the mood board will give you a feel for the selected materials. The build cost estimate will indicate the likely total sum of the proposed design. At this point you will have the opportunity to make any changes or tweaks to the design and budget, and we encourage you to tell us of any features that’ll make the space unique to you. Once materials are selected and the design finalised, a final estimate of costs will be provided.
STEP 3: Garden Build
Now, you sit back and watch as your dream garden is created!
Once the design is finalised, a start date will be confirmed. Once we start, a senior member of our team will always be on-site overseeing the project. Wherever possible, almost all aspects of the build are completed in-house by our teams. Certain aspects such as electrical works and tree surgery are subcontracted to our certified and qualified partners. All our projects are undertaken with the same professional manner and safe approach.
